APRIL ISSUE: POST #8
I have quite a few bits and bobs on my video game shelves, and I’m pretty proud of the collection I have so far. I still have a long way to go before my whole room is full of stuff, much like many other video game collectors starting out. Today though, I thought I would bring forth a smaller part of my collection for a simple post.
My keyrings! Oh, yes.
I don’t have a monstrous collection or anything, but I like to think that I have some cool items. It’s a shame this isn’t just a normal keyring collection, because I actually have a box full of 92 others (I counted). I’m always on the lookout for video game keyrings, but unfortunately, so far, I don’t actually have that many.
Keyrings were a big part of my life growing up, and I own ones from different parts of the world, and also ones from penny machines from multiple arcades over England. I put so many penny coins into those machines I probably paid hundreds of pounds just for five prizes. But, there’s something about them that’s satisfying to me. The majority of them are small enough to attach to things and you can carry them with you. Or you can do what I do, and clump them all together and hope they don’t break anything.

So there we are. That’s a total of 13. Not too bad, but I really could do better. But who knows, maybe in a years time, I’ll make another post and we can see how many more I’ve accumulated.
Do you like collecting keyrings? Or certain video game merchandise?
Let me know in the comments!
Thank you and happy gaming!

Ninety two key rings? Wow. I don’t think I have owned that many in my entire life. From the ones shown I like the Kingdom Hearts one the best.
